医护双向评价对医护行为及住院患者满意度的影响

摘    要:目的 通过医护双向评价,达到进一步规范医护行为的目的 ,提高住院患者对医护行为的满意度.方法 采用问卷调查方式,对住院患者进行医护行为的满意度调查,再进行医生对护士满意度调查、护士对医生满意度调查,调查结果汇总后进行双向反馈,主任和护士长组织整改,1个月后再次对住院患者进行满意度调查,对两次调查结果进行比较.结果 整改后住院患者对医护行为综合满意度明显提高,整改前后两次调查结果比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 实行医护双向评价,不仅规范了医护行为,也明显提高了住院患者对医护行为的综合满意度.

Abstract:Objective To standard the doctors'and nurses'activities, and raise the satisfaction of inpatients. Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out to survey the inpatients'satisfaction and the satisfaction of doctors and nurses to each other, the results were collected. After rectified by the director and head nurse, the inpatients'satisfaction was resurveyed one month later and the results were compared. Results The inpatients'satisfaction was increased after the rectification, and the difference was significant (P <0. 05) .Conclusions The mutual evaluation of doctors and nurses could standard the medical and nursing activities and increase the inpatients'satisfaction.
