马来酸罗格列酮对合并糖尿病的冠心病患者部分炎症指标的影响

目的观察应用马来酸罗格列酮对合并糖尿病的冠心病患者体内部分炎症因子水平的影响。方法30例合并有2型糖尿病的冠心病患者在原有治疗的基础上加用马来酸罗格列酮治疗,治疗前及治疗3个月后分别检测空腹血糖(FPG)、血胰岛素(FIns)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),C反应蛋白(CRP),肿瘤坏死因子a(TNFa)和可溶性白介素2受体(SIL-2R),比较各指标的变化。结果马来酸罗格列酮治疗3个月后患者的CRP、TNFa、SIL-2R出现显著下降(P<0.01),FPG、FIns、HbA1c亦显著下降(P<0.01;P<0.05),胰岛素敏感性指数则明显上升(P<0.05)。结论在合并2型糖尿病的冠心病患者中应用马来酸罗格列酮治疗,不仅可以改善其糖代谢,还可降低患者体内部分炎症因子的水平,可能对冠心病患者的预后有益。

The influence of rosiglitazone maleate on the inflammatory indexes in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 Diabetes

Objective To observe the influence of rosiglitazone maleate(Avandia) to the inflammatory inderies in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods 30 patients with CHD and T2DM were treated with Avandia addition to the treatments of CHD and T2DM.Some markers such as fast plasma glucose(FPG),fast insulin(FIns),HbA_1c,CRP,TNFa and SIL-2R were measured before and after the treatment.Results After 3 months-treatment of Avandia,the levels of CRP,TNFa、SIL-2R were decreased obviously(P<0.01) and the levels of FPG,FIns and HbA_1c were also decreased significantly(P<0.01;P<0.05),while the ISI was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Avandia in the patients with CHD and T2DM can not only improve their glucose metabolism but also decrease the levels of some inflammatory markers,it may have some good effects to prognosis of the patients with CHD and T2DM.
