丹红注射液合用低分子肝素钙治疗心绞痛48例疗效

目的：观察丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法：94例不稳定型心绞痛患者．随机分成对照组46例和治疗组48例。对照组在常规口服硝酸异山梨酯、肠溶阿司匹林、美托洛尔、培哚普利等基础上加用低分子肝素钙4100iu，ih，qd；治疗组在上述基础上再加用丹红注射液30删于5％葡萄糖注射液250ml中ivd，qd，7d1个疗程，比较两组心绞痛等临床症状、心电图变化及血液流变学变化指标。结果：治疗组与对照组临床症状总有效率和心电图总有效率分别为94．0％（76．0％）和81．2％（66．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组治疗后血浆黏度、血小板聚集率和红细胞平均体积均显著降低，有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。临床应用中未见明显的不良反应，患者肝、肾功能等亦无明显改变。结论：不稳定型心绞痛在常规治疗基础上合用低分子肝素钙和丹红注射液治疗临床疗效显著，不良反应小。

Clinical Observation of Danhong Injection Combined Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium on Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of danhong injection combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium on treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Method： Ninety four patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups： the trial group （48） and the control group （46）. The control group was treated with isosorbide dinitrate, enteric-soluble aspirin, metoprolol,perindopril,po,and low molecular weight heparin calcium,4 100 iu,ih qd;the trial group was given danhong injection 30 ml added to 250 ml of 5% glucose solution iv dinstillation q. d on the basic trentment of the control group. The course of treatment of both groups were 7days. The clinical symptoms and changes in electrocardiogram and parameters of hemorrheology were observed before and af- ter the treatment. Result： The overall effective rate of clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram of the trial group were 94. 0% and 81.2. 0% respectively,it were higher than that of the control group （76. 0% and 66. 0% ） ,and had statistical difference（P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the blood plasma viscosity, the blood platelet accumulation rate and the red blood cell average volume were obviously reduced in the trial group and had statistica difference in two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were no obvious adverse reaction, the fuction of liver and kidney was also no obvious change in two groups. Conclusion： The efficacy of danhong injection combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium is better than that of the comtrol group. It is a safe and efficacy scheme on treatment of unstable angiua pectoris.
