胸部手术中急性并发症的处理

目的探讨胸部手术中急性并发症情况的处理及预防。方法对17例胸部疾病手术中发生的急性并发症情况进行回顾性分析。结果所有病人经积极抢救均化险为夷,无死亡及严重并发症,手术后恢复良好。结论胸部疾病手术中一旦出现急性并发症,应沉着冷静分别采取相应抢救措施,切勿慌乱。注意解剖清楚和操作技术可预防和减少此类急性并发症。

Management and prevention of acute complication in thoracic operation

Objective:To investigate the experience of management and prev en tion of acute complications in thoracic operation.Methods:Seventeen cases of acu te complications in thoracic operation,including2airway obstruction by tumor ex foliation,8massive hemorrhage,2trachea membranous injury,2cardiac arrest and3 re-expansibility pulmonary edema,were retrospectively analysed.Results:All pati ents with acute complication in this group were turned danger into safety after a ctive emergency treatment.Death case and serious complication were not found.All cases recovered well after operation.Conclusion:Once the acute complication dev elops in thoracic operation,we should highly calm to pursue the corresponding e mergency measure respectively,and avoid alarm.Paying attention to anatomical re lationship and operative technique can prevent and decrease this kind of acut co mplication.
