| 摘 要： | 调查研究表明，在统筹经费有限的情况下，要维持新型农村合作医疗的正常运转，使更多的农民受益，就必须加大县财政对乡村两级医疗机构的投入力度，加强卫生行政部门对医疗机构的监管和督导，突出农民参与监督的主体地位，健全控制医药费用不合理上涨的有效机制，使新型农村合作医疗可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The investigation showed that in order to maintain normal operation of newrural cooperative medical service and benefit more peasants under limited fund,it must strength the county financial input on town and village medical organizations,strength the supervision of the medical organization of health administrative department,give prominence to peasants'participation in supervision,and make it perfect to control unreasonable and upward medical expenses so as to enable the sustainable development of the newrural cooperative medical service. |
