两种激光照射对脑梗塞患者红细胞变形性和P_3PL影响的对比研究

目的 :观察半导体激光疗法 (LISCL)和低强度氦氖激光辐照血液疗法 (ILIB)对脑梗塞患者红细胞变形性和事件相关电位P30 0 峰潜伏期 (P3PL)的影响。方法 :6 3例脑梗塞患者分别采用LISCL和ILIB治疗 ,每日 1次 ,10次为一疗程 ;对照组 30例仅采用药物治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗 10次后测定红细胞变形性和P3PL。结果 :对照组治疗后红细胞变形性提高 ,但与治疗前相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,P3PL的缩短更为明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;经LISCL和ILIB一个疗程后患者的红细胞变形性明显提高 (P <0 .0 1) ,P3PL明显缩短 (P <0 .0 1) ,与治疗前相比差异均有显著性。结论 :与ILIB相似 ,LISCL是改善脑梗塞患者微循环障碍 ,促进脑功能恢复的一种有效辅助方法。

Compared research of laser irradiation on blood to erythrocyte deformity and P 3PL ingredient of patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective:To research the effect of low intensity semiconductive laser(LISCL) and of intravascular He Ne laser irradiation on blood(ILIB) to erythrocyte deformity and P 3PL in acute cerebral infarction patients.Method:63 cases with ACI were treated with LISCL and ILIB respectively, once a day,for 10 times.Another 30 cases as control group were only received the drug treatment.The erythrocyte deformity and P3PL were analyzed and compared with controls.Result:The research found that the erythrocyte deformity of cerebral infarction patients were obviously lower( P <0.01) and the P3PL prolonged significantly( P <0.01).After LISCL and ILIB 10 times treatments,the above indexes of cerebral infarction patients were markedly improved compared the pre-treatment and control groups.Conclusion:It is indicated that as ILIB,LISCL could enhance the erythrocyte deformity,improve the activity of brain wave.So it is an effective and cooperative therapy for cerebral infarction patients.
