| 摘 要： | 本文报告一例误诊为精神分裂症的抑郁性木僵,讨论了误诊的原因,提出了抑郁性木僵诊断的要点。本文资料支持所谓“分裂性症状”也可以出现于抑郁症的论点。

| Abstract: | This is a case report of two depressivestupor patients which were misdiagnosedas schizophrenia. These misdiagnoses re-sulted from the appearance of so called"scnizophrenic symptoms" and the negli-gence of the primary affective syndromein the patients. After being treated withthe tricyclic antidepressant the patientsrecovered promptly.Follow-up study fur-thersupported the diagnosis of depression.On the basis of these two cases the authorsdiscussed the key points of diagnosisof depressive stupor and agreed withthe point of view that the so called"schizophrenic symptoms"might be presentin depression. |
