川芎对飞机噪声致大鼠心肌酶及血脂变化的防护

摘    要:为了观察飞机噪声在不同时间致大鼠心肌酶及血脂的改变及川芎的防护作用。将雄性SD大鼠60只分别在急性实验及亚急性实验中随机分为对照组、噪声暴露组、川芎加噪声暴露组。检测川芎对飞机噪声致各组大鼠血清心肌酶及血脂变化。结果在急性和亚急性实验中,Ⅱ组大鼠血清CK,LDH,AST,Ch及TG含量均明显高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论大鼠暴露噪声90min的急性实验和15h的亚急性实验,血清心肌酶及血脂含量均明显高于对照组。川芎对噪声所致的损害可起到防护作用。

Protective Effect of Ligusticum on the Changes of MyocardialEnzyme and Lipidemia Contents Induced by Aircraft Noise in Rat
Abstract:In order to observe the changes of myocardial enzyme and lipidemia induced by aircraft noise in different time in rat and the protective effect of ligusticum.Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups in acute experiment and inferior experiment.Group I served as control, group Ⅱ underwent noise exposure and group Ⅲ ligusticum noise exposure.Ligusticum was given to group Ⅲ 30 min before noise exposure, meanwhile physioligical saline was given to group Ⅰ and Ⅱ.Group Ⅱ and Ⅲ underwent noise exposure (106 dBA) 90 min in acute experiment.Ligusticum was given to group Ⅲ 30 min before noise exposure and in the evening consecutive in 5 days, meanwhile physiological saline was given to group Ⅰ and Ⅱ, group Ⅱ and Ⅲ underwent noise exposure 3 hours every day.Serum myocardial enzyme and lipidemia contents were tested.Rerults showed the contents of cereatine Kinase (CK), lectate dehydrogenase (LDH), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), cholesterol (Ch) and triglyceride (TG) in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ, while the difference between group Ⅲ and Ⅰ was nonsignificant.We concluded serum myocarldial enzymes and lipidemia contents increased after noise exposure in 90 mins and 15 hours and ligusticum had protective effect.
