乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效观察

目的 观察乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 将１１０例急性胰腺炎随枘发成两组。对照组５５例（轻症４０例、重症Ⅰ型１５例），治疗组５５例（轻症４０例、重症Ⅰ型１５例）。对照组采用常规中西医结合治疗，治疗组采用常规中西医结合治疗加乌司他丁１０万单位溶于５００ml5%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注，每天２次，轻症用７d，重症Ⅰ型用１４d。结果 治疗组有效率轻症为９２.5%，重症Ⅰ型为８６.7％，与对照组有效率轻症为７２.2%，重症Ⅰ型为４０.0%，两组比较差异有显著性；早期使用乌司他丁治疗后腹部症状、体征较快缓解，血尿淀粉酶、ＴＢ、ＤＢ、ＡＬＴ、ＬＤＨ、ＡＳＴ迅速下降，与对照组比较也有差异。结论 早期使用乌司他丁对急性胰腺炎有明显抑制作用 无明显毒毒副作用，可作为急性胰腺炎综合治疗的组成部分之一。

Clinical observation on Ulinastatin in treating acute pancreatitis

Objective To observate clinical effects of Ulinastatin(UTI) ontreating acute pancreatitis.Methods 110 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups. There were 55 cases (40 cases of light type, 15 cases of severe typeⅠ ) in control group, which were treated with integrated traditional and western medicine (ITWM). There were 55 cases (40 cases of light type, 15 cases of severe typeⅠ ) in treatment group, which were treated with ITWM and UTI 10000u + 5% glucose injection 500ml two times a day. Time of treatment was 7 days in light type,14 days in severe typeⅠ.Results The effective rate was 92.5% in light type, 86.7% in severe typeⅠ in treatment group ,while the effeative rate was 72.5% in light type, 40.0% in severe typeⅠ in control group. After treatment with UTI, abdominal symptoms and signs disappeared rapidly, serum and urinary amylase,TB,DB,ALT,LDH and AST were declined in treatment group,which were statistically different as compared with control group.Conclusions UTI can evidently inhibit acute pancreatitis in early stage without apparent side effects, UTI may be regard as one of the of comprehensive treatments for acute pancreatitis.
