摘    要:目的探讨survivin和Ki-67在星形胶质细胞反应性增生与低级别星形细胞瘤中表达的区别及意义.方法利用组织芯片和免疫组化染色技术检测正常脑组织、星形胶质细胞反应性增生、低级别(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)和高级别(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)星形细胞瘤中survivin和Ki-67蛋白的表达情况.结果正常脑组织中二者均为阴性表达;survivin和Ki-67在星形胶质细胞反应性增生组中阳性率分别为26.7%、22.2%;在低级别星形细胞瘤组中阳性率分别为53.2%、70.2%;在高级别星形细胞瘤组中阳性率分别为88.1%、95.2%.survivin和Ki-67在增生组与低级别组之间差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.01).结论 survivin在星形细胞瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用;survivin和Ki-67联合应用在星形细胞反应性增生与低级别星形细胞瘤的鉴别诊断中可能有一定的意义.

Abstract:Objective To study the difference of survivin and Ki-67 proteins expression in reactive and neoplastic astrocytes and the related clinical meaning.Methods Immunohistochemistry and tissue microarray techniques were used to determinate the expression of survivin and Ki-67 proteins in 12 cases of normal brain tissues,49 cases of astrocytes proliferation,49 cases of low-grade astrocytomas,and 50 cases of high-grade astrocytomas.Results The expression of survivin and Ki-67 proteins were negative in the normal control tissues;the positive rates of survivin and Ki-67 expressions in reactive astrocytes were 26.7% and 22.2%,53.2% and 70.2% in low-grade astrocytomas;88.1% and 95.2% in high-grade astrocytomas,respectively.There were significant differences between astrocytes proliferation and low-grade astrocytomas group(P<0.01).(Conclusion) Survivin protein plays an important role in progression of astrocytomas;survivin and Ki-67 protein might be useful to differerentiate diagnose reactive astrocytes proliferation and low-grade astrocytomas.
