奥美拉唑肠溶微丸的制备及其处方优化

摘    要: 目的研制奥美拉唑肠溶微丸。方法采用挤出滚圆工艺及流化床包衣法制备了奥美拉唑肠溶微丸,并采用正交试验设计对处方进行了优化。结果所制得的微丸剂在人工胃液中耐酸力良好,在人工肠液中的溶出迅速而且完全。结论有效地解决了奥美拉唑的稳定性问题,而且制备工艺简单易行,重现性好,值得进一步的工业化生产。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To develop the enteric coated omeprazole pellets.METHODS The enteric coated omeprazole pellets were prepared with extrusion-spheronization and air-flow coating method and the formulation was optimized by orthogonal design.RESULTS The resistance to acid was good and the dissolution of the pellets was quick in artificial intestinal liquid.CONCLUSION The problem of omeprazole's stability was resolved effectively and the preparation process was simple,feasible and replicable.It is worth further development and application in industry.
