| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨羊膜移植手术对真菌性角膜溃疡的治疗效果。方法 对24例(24眼)真菌性角膜溃疡患者在彻底清除角膜病灶后进行羊膜移植。结果 24例真菌性角膜溃疡行羊膜移植均一次成功愈合良好，随访3～24月，平均12月，未见免疫排斥反应。结论 羊膜移植是治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficiency of amniotic membrane transplantation for fungal keratitis. Methods Amniotic membrane transplantion was done on 24 cases of fun gal keratitis after sick tissue had been completely cleared. Results Amniotic membrane graft grown well,24 cases of fungal ker atitis were cured.After 3-24 months follow_up,no rejection took place. Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation is an effective meth od for treatmnet of fungal keratitis. |
