高含量多糖食用菌株的筛选

摘    要:目的 利用生物技术培养菌丝体,筛选高产多糖食用菌株。方法 利用苯酚-硫酸法测定了红曲、虫草、羊肚菌、黄伞和灵芝菌丝体的含糖量。结果 黄伞菌丝体和灵芝菌丝体的多糖含量较高,是理想的高产多糖菌株。结论 该方法生产周期短,易于规模化生产,是生产真菌多糖的好方法。

Abstract:objective:To cultivate the mycelium with the biological technologyand select the edible bacterial strain of high production and polysaccharide. Method :Using the phenol-sulphuric acid method to determine the content of polysaccharide in Morascu purpureus,Cordyceps hawkesii,Morchella esculenta,Pholiota adipose and Ganoderma lucidum.Results:The content ofpolysaccharide in Pholiota adipose and Ganoderma lucidum mycelium is higher.It is an ideal and high-yield polysaccharide strain.Conclusion: The production cycle of this method is short and is easy to develop scale production.It is really a good method to produce fungi polysaccharide.
