脑卒中后肢体静脉栓塞的观察及护理

目的 探讨脑卒中后肢体静脉栓塞的临床特点及护理方法，以便于脑卒中后肢体静脉栓塞的早期发现，早期治疗。方法对8例发生肢体静脉栓塞的病人给予脱水，调整血压，尿激酶溶栓防止并发症等治疗，辅以对患肢的护理和心理等方面的相关护理。结果6例肢体静脉栓子完全消失，另2例肢体肿胀消退欠佳，但肢体静脉栓子明显减少。结论脑卒中患者发生肢体静脉栓塞后积极治疗和科学全面的护理，可大大减轻病人的致残率，提高生活质量。

Observation on nursing of venous embolism of limbs in patients with cerebrovascular disorder

Objective To explore the way for observation and nursing on venous embolism in patients with cerebrovascular disorder in order to get early discovery, early treatment and early nursing. Methods The treatment of venous embolism of limbs in 8 patients with cerebrovaseulax disorder including dehydration, regulation of blood pressure and prevention of complications after application of streptokinase and relevant nursing for diseased limbs and psychological intervention. Results The venous embolism was disappeared in 6 cases, and the subsidence of tumidity in limbs was not perfect in other 2 cases. Conclusion The symptoms and signs of venous embolism of limbs in patients with cerebrovascular disorder can be gradually improved after active treatment and all - round nursing, the occurrence of disability in these patients will be greatly reduced and their living quality may be improved.
