| 摘 要： | 目的：为临床合理应用抗癫痫药物提供参考。方法：收集了《药物不良反应1960～1997年多媒体光盘》中国内文献报道的210例抗癫痫药物致不良反应病例，进行统计分析。结果：归纳总结出了抗癫痫药物不良反应发生的一般规律和特征。结论：临床在应用抗癫痫药物时，应高度关注其不良反应的严重危害。

| Abstract: | Objective: To provide data for the rational use of anti epileptic drugs in clinical practice.Method: 210 cases with adverse reactions induced by anti epileptic drugs reported in domestic literatures from 1979 to 2003 were collected and statistically analyzed.Result: The general rule and characteristics of occurrence of adverse reactions resulting from anti epileptic drugs were summarized.Conclusion: The rational use of anti epileptic drugs should be strengthened in clinical practice in order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of ADRs. |
