摘    要:介绍了解放军总医院实行医技科室检查“零预约”的背景和具体做法,即用管理和运行机制保证“零预约”的实现直面困难,从资源合理配置上促进“零预约”的实现,多方配合、多种激励、保障高质量“零预约”的实现。指出,实行“零预约”是阶段性的尝试,也非最终目的,还需不断完善和优化。

Abstract:The article introduced the background and the experience of nil-appoint in General Hospital of P.L.A. The conditions of achieving nil-appointment included operating mechanism optimizing, resource integrating, incentive system advancing and quality insuring. The nil-appointment was a stage attempt and should be optimized.
