有柄石韦的化学成分

摘    要:目的对中药有柄石韦的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法有柄石韦的乙醇 (φ =0 95 )提取物的石油醚萃取层用硅胶吸附柱色谱法和制备薄层的方法分离得到 6个化合物。有柄石韦的水提物经HPD1 0 0大孔树脂脱糖后用硅胶吸附柱色谱方法得到 4个化合物。结果利用理化鉴定和波谱学手段 (UV、IR、MS、NMR)将这 1 0个化合物分别鉴定为α 生育酚 (1 )、里白烯 (2 )、2 4 methy lene 9,1 9 cyclolanost 3 β ylacetate(3 )、cycloeucalenol(4 )、β 谷甾醇 (5 )、胡萝卜苷 (6)香草酸 (7)、原儿茶醛 (8)、3 ,4 二羟基苯丙酸 (9)及咖啡酸 (1 0 )。结论化合物 1、3、4、7~ 1 0均是首次从该植物中分离得到 ;1、3、4、9为首次从该属植物中分离得到 ;首次从该属植物中分离出环阿尔廷型三萜化合物

Abstract:Objective To isolate and structurally elucidate the water-soluble and ethanol-soluble constituents of P.petiolosa.Methods 6 compounds(1~6) were isolated from the ethanol-soluble extract and 4 compounds(7~10) were isolated from water-soluble extract by column chromatography and PTLC.Their structures were identified by physico-chemical analyses and spectral methods.Results Ten compounds were yielded and elucidated as α-tocopherol(1),diploptene(2),24-methylene-9,19-cyclolanost-3β-yl acetate(3) cycloeucalenol(4),β-sitosterol(5),daucosterol,(6)vanillic acid(7),protocatechualdehude(8),hydrocaffeic acid(9),caffeic acid(10).Conclusions Compounds 1,3,4,7~10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.Compound 1,3,4 and 9 are obtained from the genus Pyrrosia for the first time.
