湖北省2005—2006年国家级监测点血吸虫病疫情监测

目的掌握湖北省国家级监测点血吸虫病疫情状况。方法依照《全国血吸虫病监测方案操作手册》，开展16个监测点的监测工作，并将两年的各项指标进行统计分析。结果2005—2006年16个监测点居民血吸虫平均感染率分别为1．71％和1．91％，2006年较2005年上升了11．69％，不同职业居民感染率以渔民最高；2005年和2006年耕牛平均感染率分别为11．69％和12．06％；2006年活螺平均密度、感染性钉螺平均密度和钉螺感染率与2005年相比有明显下降，分别下降了21．45％、56．00％和41．59％。结论湖北省血吸虫病疫情较重，仍需进一步加大防治力度，做好以控制传染源为主的综合防治措施。

Monitor of the schistosomiasis endemic situation in the national surveillance sites of Hubei province(2005-2006)
