术中自体血液回输应用

摘    要:目的 探讨术中自体血液回输的安全性和效果 .方法 选择 5 6例出血较多的患者 ,应用自体 - 2 0 0 0型血液回输机 ,收集手术野和体腔内的出血、积血 ,处理后回输给患者自身 .结果 每例回收血量 (1136± 35 2 ) m L,回输浓缩血细胞 (6 2 1± 173) m L,84%患者术中、术后未再输库血 ;术后检测的各项指标除谷丙转氨酶 (AST)变化不明显 ,其他的变化趋势均与输库血的对照组相仿 .结论 采用术中自体血液回输可节约血源安全有效 ,是输血技术的补充和完善 .

Abstract:AIM To investigate the safety and efficacy of introperativeautologous blood transfusion. METHODS Fifty-six patients with massive blood loss during operation were selected, using ZITI-2000 autologous blood recovery system. The blood wascollected from operative area and celom, and transfused back to the patiants after treatment. RESULTS (1136±352) mL blood was collected per patient during operation and (621±173) mL concentrated blood cells were reinfused into the patients. Eighty-four percent of patients did not need banked blood infusion during and after operation. The postoperative various parameters in patients received autologous blood transfusion were simillar to those in patients infused banked blood except the alteration of AST. CONCLUSION Technique of intraoperative autologous blood transfusion is safe and effective and can save blood as well.
