摘    要:目的:观察藏医佐木阿汤及放血疗法对高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)模型大鼠心肌形态的影响。方法:选用雄性wistar大鼠120只,随机分为3,6,9,12月组4组,再随机分为高原模型组、平原对照组、药物组、放血组、药物加放血组。除平原对照组外,余组均饲养于拉萨以建立HAPC模型。饲养3个月后开始干预,分别于3,6,9,12个月时切取心肌组织进行光镜和电镜观察。结果:光镜下,各月组干预后,药物组、放血组、药物加放血组心肌损伤程度较高原对照组表现为轻,同时药物加放血组心肌损伤程度较药物和放血组表现略重。干预三组电镜下的心肌损伤程度较高原对照组表现轻,三组间损伤程度差异不显著。结论:佐木阿汤和放血疗法对HAPC大鼠心肌有一定的保护作用。

Morphological study of using traditional Tibetan medicine Zuomua decoction and blood-letting therapy to protect myocard of HAPC rats

Abstract:Objective :To observe morphological change in high altitude polycythemia(HAPC) rats' myocard treated by tradi- tional Tibetan medicine Zuomua decoction and blood-letting therapy. Methods:Total 120 male Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,which include 3,6,9,12 month groups. Then,we assign each group into model control group, normal control group,decoction group,blood-letting therapy group,decoction combined with blood-letting therapy group. Each group was fed in Lhasa to establish HAPC model except normal control group. After 3 months,the models were treated with drugs and blood-letting therapy separately and myocardial tissues were observed at 3rd,6th,9th, 12th month by light microscope and electron microscope separately. Results:The light microscope showed that the injury degree of myocardium in decoction group,blood-letting therapy group,decoction combined with blood-letting therapy group were slighter than that in model control group. The injury degree of myocardium in decoction combined with blood-letting therapy group was severer than that in de- coction group,blood-letting therapy group. The electron microscope showed that the injury degree of myocardium in three treat- ment groups was slighter than model control group and there were not significant differences between three groups. Conclusion: Zuomua decoction and blood-letting therapy have some effect of protecting myocard of HAPC rats.
