| 摘 要： | 目的提高对风湿性多肌痛（PMR）的认识。方法回顾性分析近10年本院确诊的PMR19例临床资料，并结合文献对该病的诊治进行讨论。结果19例中有15例曾误诊。患者的主要表现有发热、晨僵、四肢肌肉僵痛，表现为对称性分布的颈部、肩胛带、骨盆带两或三处同时或先后受累，且血沉（ESR）明显增快，平均ESR 98mm／1h，泼尼松15～30mg／d口服，疗效明显。结论老年长期低热伴肌痛，肌无力，ESR持续大于50mm／1h，在排除肿瘤、感染及其他结缔组织病后，应考虑到PMR的可能，小剂量糖皮质激素治疗敏感常是诊断的重要佐证。
