| 摘 要： | 规范血站的继续医学教育并加强管理是全面提高员工队伍整体素质的重要措施。文章通过倡导终生教育，实行单位、科室、个人三级管理，使培训工作覆盖率达到100％，确保员工得到了持续有效的教育和培训。

| Abstract: | It is an important measure to apply continuing medical education and strengthenthe management in blood bank to improve the staff quality. Through lifetime education and three levels （agency, division and individual） management, everyone participated the training courses and the staff were ensured with effective education and training. |
