| 摘 要： | 目的探讨住院高血压患者限盐行为的影响因素与健康教育方法。方法通过问卷调查132例住院高血压患者的限盐知识态度及饮食行为的现状与健康教育的需求。结果多数高血压患者无限盐知识的来源且采取的健康行为不尽如人意。结论住院高血压患者应接受限盐健康教育，医护人员及社区卫生中心应为他们提供量化教育。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the behavior of hospitalized patients with hypertension salt restriction factors and the impact of health education methods.Methods Through the questionnaire survey of 132 cases of hospitalized patients with hypertension knowledge,attitudes anddietary salt restriction status of behavior and health education needs.A majority of hypertensive patients with an infinite source of knowledge and take the salt of the health behavior were not satisfactory.Conclusion The hospitalized patients with hypertension should accept limit salt and health education,community health centers and medical staff should offer them quantify education. |
