安阳市10年来消化道肿瘤的发生趋势

目的探讨10年来安阳市肿瘤医院收治的上消化道肿瘤患者在性别、年龄及发生部位上的变化趋势。方法以2000～2010年手术治疗的15558例食管癌、食管胃交界部癌、中下部胃癌为研究对象，探讨各发生部位、性别、各年龄组所占比例的变化，总结其变化趋势。结果食管癌所占比例有所下降，食管胃交界部癌则明显上升。总体来看，老年组明显增多；男女比例整体呈增加趋势。结论食管胃交界部癌近年来有明显增加趋势，上消化道肿瘤出现明显老龄化趋势，在性别上男女比例逐渐增高，只有在青年组食管癌中出现下降趋势。

Tendency of ten-year changes on gastrointestinal malignancy in Anyang

Objective To study the variation tendency of upper gastrointestinal malignancy in gender,age and position in Anyang cancer hospital during the last 10 years.Methods The clinicopathological data of 15 558 patients,who were diagnosed as esophageal cancer,esophagogastric cancer or gastric cancer,were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients were divided into two groups by the time of operation,2000 to 2005 and 2006 to 2010,respectively.Meanwhile,all the patients were studied the variation tendency of upper gastrointestinal malignancy in gender,age and position.Results The proportion of esophageal cancer decreases.The proportion of esophagogastric caner increases apparently.Totally,the incidence of malignancy in old age increases.Male-female ratio has an increasing tendency.Conclusion In the recent years,the incidence of esophagogastric cancer increases.Upper gastrointestinal malignancy occurs more often in old age,male patients.Only in young age group,the incidence of esophageal cancer decreases.
