| 摘 要： | 目的：比较维拉帕米缓释片与硝苯地平或维拉帕米治疗高血压的疗效。方法：维拉帕米缓释片（ＳＲＶＴ）组３４例（男性２１例，女性１３例，年龄５８±ｓ１１ａ），剂量１２０－２４０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ；硝苯地平（Ｎｉｆ）组３８例（男性２１例，女性１７例，年龄６０±１１ａ），剂量１０－２０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ；维拉帕米（Ｖｅｒ）组３６例（男性２２例，女性１４例，年龄５８±１１ａ），剂量４０－８０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ；３组疗程均为３０ｄ。结果：ＳＲＶＴ，Ｎｉｆ及Ｖｅｒ均有非常显著降压效果（Ｐ＜０．０１），总有效率依次为９４％，９５％及９４％。结论：３组降压疗效相似，但Ｎｉｆ组不良反应大于另２种药物。

| Abstract: | TO Compare the efficacies of slow-release verapamil tablet(SRVT)and nifedipine(Nif)or verapamil(Ver)on hypertension. METHODS:SRVT group of 34 patients(M21,F13;age 58±s11a)received 120-240 mg,po,qd;Nif group of 38 patients(M 21,F 17;age 60±11a) received 10-20 mg,po,tid;Ver group of 36 patients(M 22,F 14;age 58±11 a) received 40-80 mg, po,tid course of treatment 30 d.RESULTS:SRVT,Nif and Ver all had remarkable antihypertensive effect(P<0.01),the total response rates were 94%,95%,and 94%,respectively.CONCLUSION:The antihypertensive effect of SRVT,Nif,and Ver are similar,but Nif shows more adverse reactions than SRVT and Ver. |
