小剂量乙酰水杨酸对实验性动脉粥样硬化形成过程中前列腺素系统和过氧化脂质的影响

摘    要:雄性家兔34只,体重1.5~2.5kg,随机分为3组:正常组(10只)饲以基础饲料,模型组(12只)每只加饲胆固醇1.5g/d,预防组(12只)加饲胆固醇1.5g/只/d及乙酰水杨酸7.5mg·kg-1/d,持续3月。结果显示,实验第1,2,3月末,与同期模型组相比,预防组血浆血栓素B2减少,血栓素B2与6-酮-前列腺素F1α的比值下降,出血时间延长,血清丙二醛水平下降,主动脉粥样斑块面积减小,凝血时间和纤维蛋白原在2组间无显著差异。认为,小剂量乙酰水杨酸能够纠正前列腺素系统在动脉粥样硬化形成过程中的失平衡,减缓机体脂质过氧化反应,这是其发挥预防动脉粥样硬化形成作用的重要方面。

The Effects of Low dose Acetylsalicylic Acid on Prostaglandins and Lipid Peroxides in Experimental Atherosclerosis

Abstract:male New Zealand rabbits, weighing 1.5~2.5 kg, were randomly divided into 3 groups: 10 rabbits in normal group were fed only with basic diet; 12 in model group, each with additional cholesterol (Ch) 1.5 mg/d and 12 in prevention group, each with additional Ch 1.5 mg/d and acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) 7.5 mg·kg -1 d for 3 months. The results showed that compared with the model group, the low dose ASA in prevention group had significant effects of lowering plasma thromboxone B 2 (TXB 2), dropping the ratio of TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α ; prolonging bleeding time, decreasing the level of serum malondiadehyde and as a result reducing the area of aortic plaques. No significant difference of coagulating time and plasma fibrinogen were found between the two groups. It is suggested that low dose ASA can prevent the formation of atherosclerosis in such ways as modifying the equilibrium of prostaglandins system and inhibiting peroxidation reaction in the process of experimental hyperlipidemia.
