| 摘 要： | [目的]观察柴胡三莪汤治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效.[方法]将56例门诊患者随机分为观察组和对照组各28例.观察组给予柴胡三莪汤治疗,对照组给予小柴胡汤治疗.服用10剂后观察疗效.[结果]柴胡三莪汤治疗顽固性呃逆的总有效率为92.3%,高于小柴胡汤的64.3%（P＜0.01）.[结论]三棱、莪术治疗顽固性呃逆有效.

| Abstract: | [Objective]To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Chaihu San'e decoction(CSD) in treating intractable singultus.[Methods] Fifty-six outpatients were randomly divided into observation group(n=28) and control group(n=28).The observation group was treated with CSD and the control group with small Chaihu decoction.After taking 10 doses,therapeutic effect was observed.[Results] The general effect rate of observation group was 92.3 %,which was higher than that of control group(64.3 %,P<0.01).[Conclusion] Common Burreed Tuber and Zedoray Rhizome have effects in treating intractable singultus. |
