| 摘 要： | 目的：总结同种异体肾移植手术的手术配合。方法：回顾总结30例肾移植的手术过程及手术配合。结果：30例患者术程顺利，术中无并发症发生。结论：充分的术前准备、术中密切配合是肾移植手术顺利进行的关键，及时准确应用各类药物、严格无菌管理，对保证手术成功及肾移植受者长期存活具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the appropriate intraoperative cooperation of allograft renal transplantation. Methods：Information＇s about intraoperative process and cooperation were obtained by studying the records of 30 cases of renal transplantation retrospectively. Results：The processes of operation 30 cases were all succeed and no complications. Conclusions： The effective preoperative preparation and close cooperation are the key points in the renal transplantation. The prompt and exact medication, strict and sterile administration. The above points for success operation and long-term surviving of did have important significance. |
