摘    要:目的:本文运用近红外光谱技术建立一种快速测定不同连翘饮片中连翘酯苷A含量的新方法,为中药饮片的质量分析提供新思路。方法:采用2010年版《中国药典》规定的HPLC色谱法测定连翘饮片中连翘酯苷A的含量,利用近红外光谱技术结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立不同连翘饮片中连翘酯苷A的定量校正模型。结果:连翘酯苷A定量校正模型的内部交叉验证决定系数(R2)为0.994 89,验证集相关系数(R2)为0.997 0,校正均方差(RMSEC)为0.182。模型预测结果良好。结论:由此表明近红外光谱法简便准确,可用于不同连翘饮片连翘酯苷A含量的快速测定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a new method for fast determination of forsythiaside A content in different Forsythiae Fructus by using near infrared spectroscopy, and provide new ideas for quality analysis of this Chinese medicine. Method: Content of forsythoside A in Forsythiae Fructus was determined by using HPLC method prescribed in 2010Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and simultaneously the near infrared spectroscopy was combined with partial least squares (PLS) to establish the quantitative calibration model of forsythoside A in different Forsythiae Fructus. Result: The correlation coefficients (R2) of forsythoside A in the quantitative calibration model was 0.99489;the validation coefficients (R2) was 0.9970;and root mean square error of calibration (RMSEC) was 0.182.The model had well prediction results. Conclusion: This near infrared spectroscopy method is convenient and accurate and suitable for rapid determination of the content of forsythoside A in different Forsythiae Fructus.
