摘    要:目的应用全自动分析仪分析酶法肌酐试剂对血清钙和镁测定结果的影响。方法分别对混合血清单独检测钙和镁,以及测肌酐后再测定钙和镁,比较前后差异;将混合血清均分为6份,分别加入不同量的酶法肌酐试剂后检测钙和镁,并以加等量的蒸馏水作为对照,比较前后差异。结果混合血清单独测定钙和镁均值(mmol/L)分别为2.38、0.95,测肌酐后再测均值(mmol/1.)分别为2.16、0.86,前后比较差异有显著性;混合血清加入酶法肌酐试剂后测得钙和镁浓度较对照组为低,且降低程度与加入量相关。结论酶法肌酐试剂中与H2O2显色的物质TOOS为含羟基和甲氨基等配基的配位体,属硬碱,能与属硬酸的钙和镁离子形成稳定的络合物,从而影响钙镁离子测定。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of creatinine reagent on autoanalyzer method of measuring magnesium. Methods Determination of calcium and magnesium content was carried out alone and after measuring creatinine;calcium and magnesium content was determined in pooled serum after adding some creatinine reagent and the same volume of wa-ter,respectively.Results Significant differences were observed between mean values(mmol/L) of calcium and magnesium content(2.38 vs 2.16 and 0.95 vs 0.86).Decreased calcium and magnesium content in serum was detected after adding some creatinine reagent,compared with the controls,and the extent of decrease was relative with the volume of creatinine reagent. Conclusion The TOOS with methylamino- and hydroxyl that act as hard base are preferentially complex bound to hard acid such as calcium and magnesium,thus decreased calcium and magnesium content in serum can be detected by calmagite method,respectively.
