| 摘 要： | 目的 研究皮瓣对抗牵引法在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用及对术后皮下积液的影响。方法对72例乳腺癌患者随机分组，观察组采用皮瓣对抗牵引法，对照组采用多点固定法，观察术后引流量变化、引流管拔管时间和皮下积液发生情况。结果观察组术后每日引流量递减明显，7天引流管拔管率高达77％，比对照组提前5．84d。腋窝积液发生率为2．9％。结论在乳腺癌改良根治术中应用皮瓣对抗牵引法．能显著减少腋窝积液并发症的发生，有利于皮瓣的愈合。
