高胆红素血症患儿血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶检测的临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)能否作为胆红素沉积造成的脑神经损伤的生物学指标。方法:选择高胆红素血症患儿45例,同时选择15例同期出生的足月生理性黄疸新生儿为对照组,采用ELISA方法测定血清NSE。结果:血清NSE水平重度高胆红素患儿:重度组显著高于轻度组(P<0.05)和对照组(P<0.05),而轻度组与对照组相比差异无统计学意义;早产并重度高胆红素血症组显著高于轻、重度组和对照组(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:高胆红素血症患儿血清NES显著升高,升高程度与血清胆红素水平有关,而且早产儿并发重度高胆红素血症者升高更明显,NSE可以作为胆红素沉积造成的脑损伤的生物学指标。

Abstract:Objective:To explore whether neuro-specific enolase (NSE) can be used as a biological maker for bilirubin-induced brain damage.Methods:The levels of NES in serum were measured by ELISA in 45 neonates with hyper-bilirubinemia and 15 physio-bilirubinemia neonates as control.Results:The levels of NSE in serum were increased obviously in severe hyper-bilirubinemia group than those in mild hyper-bilirubinemia group (P<0.05) and control (P<0.05); while there was no significant difference between mild hyper-bilirubinemia and control (P>0.05); Premature babies complicated with hyper-bilirubinemia had a much higher level of NSE in serum than those in the above three groups (all P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of NSE in serum increase obviously in neonates complicated with hyper-bilirubinemia and the variety is associated with the severity of disease, furthermore, premature babies complicated with hyper-bilirubinemia have a higher level of NSE in their serum than others.The levels of NSE can be used as a sensitive maker for the early diagnosis of bilirubinemia-induced brain damage.
