| 摘 要： | 目的:观察消瘿散结膏(简称消瘿膏)对丙基硫氧嘧啶致家兔甲状腺肿模型的影响。方法:每日给家兔灌服丙基硫氧嘧啶(100mg/kg),同时将其颈部用10%Na2S脱毛(面积约16cm2)后,涂以消瘿膏。3周后处死,以甲状腺、垂体、胸腺及脾的脏器指数和血清T3、T4含量为指标,观察药物的作用。结果:消瘿膏能明显抑制由丙基硫氧嘧啶所致的甲状腺肿大,使升高的垂体指数具有趋于正常的趋势,但未见对胸腺、脾指数及血清T3、T4含量的影响。结论:消瘿膏具有较好的抗甲状腺肿的作用,为临床应用提供了一定的依据。

Effect of Xiao Ying San Jie Adhesive Plaster on Simulating Goiter Rabbit |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Xiao ying San Jie Adhesive Plaster (short for Xiao Ying Adhesive Plaster)on propylthiouracil goiter rabbit models(PTU).METHOD:PTU(100 mg/kg) was used daily for the rabbit model. Xiao Ying Adhesive Plaster was applied to the cervical part where the hair was shed by 10% Na 2s. Three weeks later the rabbit was killed for observation on the effect of the plaster with thyroid, hypophysis, thymus gland and spleen coefficient as indexes.RESULT:Xiao Ying adhesive plaster was effective in inhibiting thyroid enlargement caused hypophysis coefficient, but no influence was found on thymus gland, spleen coefficient, T 3 and T 4 content of blood serum .CONCLUSION:Xiao Ying Adhesive Plaster had good effect in anti-goiter. The study provided a basis for its clinical application . |
