| 摘 要： | 目的:通过观察尿炎灵煎剂的有关药理作用,证实其清热利湿功效。方法:以小鼠耳肿胀法、大鼠代谢笼法等观察其抗炎及利尿等作用。结果:该方各剂量组均能缓解实验性小鼠耳炎症反应,增加水负荷下大鼠的尿量,增加尿中钠、钾、氯离子的排泄,与对照组相比P<0.05,其中以高剂量组作用最强(P<0.01)。结论:该方具有较强的利尿、抗炎效果,且对人体无毒副作用。

Experimental Studies on Niaoyanling decoction in Clearing away Heat and Promoting Diuresis |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To confirm the value of Niaoyanling decoction in clearing away heat and promoting diuresis through observation of its pharmacological action.METHOD:Mouse-ear-swelling method and rat-metabolism-cage method were used to observe the bacteriostatic,anti-inflammatory and diuretic function of the decoction. RESULT:Strains of all kinds can be inhibited respectively to a certain extent.The effect is superior to that of the control group.Otitis symptoms of the simulated mice were relieved in all groups of different dosages.Compared with the control group,urine volume of the water-loading rats was increased,and Na ,K ,and Cl - in urine excretion was increased too( P <0.05).Best effect was achieved in the group of large dosage( P <0.001).CONCLUSION:The decoction which is free of toxic action and side effect to human body has good effect in diuresis,inhibition of bacteria and anti-inflammation. |
