慢性肾功能衰竭中医证型标准化研究探讨

本文对２次全国性慢性肾衰中医辨证分型标准进行了分析和总结，并按现行慢性肾衰辨证分型方案对４４４例患者进行证候学研究，列出了慢性肾衰中出现率高且具有鉴别诊断价值的症状及体征，并发现慢性肾衰尿毒症患者其气血阴阳虚损的积分值明显高于其它各期，提出现行方案的不足之处及有待改进的探讨意见

On Standardization of TCM Syndromes of Chronic Renal Failure

This paper presents analysis and summary of the national standards for TCM syndromes of chronic renal failure,and a symptomatological study of 444 patients based on the current standard.The paper lists symptoms and signs which occur frequently and may be useful in diagnosis.The authors find that the degree of deficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang in patients with chronic renal failure during the uremia stage is much higher than in other stages.The paper also points out the defects of current standard and ways of its improvement.
