摘 要: | 目的 :验证马钱素对失血性休克的作用。方法 :2 4只家兔通过放血制备重症失血性休克模型 ,以平均血压、心率、平均肾血流量和动物存活率为指标。结果 :枳实成分—辛弗林 (Synephrine) 0 .6mg kg、山茱萸成分—马钱素(loganin) 1.0mg kg静脉注射 ,对家兔重症失血性休克模型 ,均显示较好的升压作用 ;2药合用药 2h后 ,升压的Q值为 1.15 ,表现为升压作用相加。结论 :辛弗林和马钱素具有抗休克作用 ,马钱素为新的抗休克物质

Effect of Loganin and Synephrine on Rabbit Model with Severe Hemorrhagic Shock |

Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To test the effect of loganin on hemorrhagic shock. METHOD: Prepared 24 rabbit models with severe hemorrhagic shock by bloodletting, and tested the average blood pressure, heart rhythm, renal blood flow and living rate. RESULT: There was a good effect on increasing blood pressure of rabbit model with severe hemorrhagic shock by intravenous injection of 0.6mg/kg Synephrine (ingredient of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus ) or 1.0mg/kg loganin (ingredient of Fructus Corni ); and the effect could accumulated as the Q value of increasing blood pressure was 1.15 two hours after using them together. CONCLUSION: Both Synephrine and loganin are anti-shock medicine, and loganin is a new one. |
