肺结核X线影像与中医辨证分型关系的研究

目的：观察肺结核Ｘ线影像与中医证型的关系。方法：采用胸部Ｘ线检查所见与临床各证型对照观察。结果：在本病的初期，肺部的病灶范围小，辨证符合中医肺阴亏虚型；当肺部病灶有所扩大或广泛粟粒样病变，有明显中毒性临床症状，则符合阴虚火旺型；肺部病灶进一步扩大，并经反复破坏和修复则可出现纤维化征象，必定影响肺功能，符合气阴两虚型，示病变已转入慢性期，则出现肺气肿、肺动脉高压、肺心病等征象，示本病已达晚期，符合阴阳两虚型辨证。结论：Ｘ线影响与中医证型有内在联系

Relationship Between Tuberculosis X-ray Picture and TCM Syndrome Differentiation

OBJECTIVE:To observe the relationship between tubercalosis X-ray picture and TCM syndrome differentiation.METHOD:Findings of X-ray examination were compared with the various syndromes seen clinically.RESULT:In the early stage of tuberculosis,the local focus was small,which corresponded with the syndrome of deficiency of lung yin according to TCM syndrome differentiation.With the enlarged local focus or with extensive miliary lesion,accompanied by marked symptom of poisoning,the syndrome changed into that of hyperactivity of fire due to deficiency of yin.When the local focus was further enlarged with the presence of fibrosis and impairment of the lung function,the syndrome became that of deficiency of qi and yin,indicating the transition of the disease into the chronic stage.The presence of emphysema,pulmonary hypertension,pulmonary heart disease,etc.indicated the late stage of the disease,and the syndrome was that of deficiency of both yin and yang.CONCLUSION:There exists the relationship between X-ray picture and TCM syndrome differentiation.
