2种工艺姜半夏中氨基酸及无机元素含量的比较

摘    要:目的:比较2种工艺姜半夏中总氨基酸和微量元素的含量。方法:氨基酸分析法;阳离子交换树脂层析法;等离子直读光谱法。结果:2种不同的炮制工艺炮制所得的姜半夏中总氨基酸含量、游离氨基酸含量,以正交法略高;2种姜半夏均含有与生半夏种类相同的无机元素,但Fe、Mg、Cr、Mn、Na、Ni、P、Sr、V的含量以正交法较高,而有害元素Al3 、Ba2 以药典法较高,半夏的其它炮制品中的微量元素均较正交法和药典法姜半夏低。单纯的姜汁煮半夏中未检出色氨酸。结论:正交法炮制工艺优于药典法。

Comparison between Amino Acid and Inorganic Element Content of PinelliaProcessed with Ginger Made in Two Ways
Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To make a comparison between amino acid and inorganic element content of Pinellia processed with ginger made in two ways.METHOD:Amino acid analysis method , positive ion-exchange resin method and plasma spectrum direct reading method were adopted.RESULT:When processed in orthogonal way , total amino acid content and free amino acid content of Pinellia processed with ginger was a lit bit higher. The same kinds of inorganic elements as in raw Pinellia were found in the Pinellia processed with ginger made in two ways. Fe, Mg, Cr, Mn, Na, Ni, P, Sr and V content of Pinenllia was higher when orthogonal processing method was adopted. Noxious elements such as Al 3 , Ba 2 were found more when pharmacopeial processing method was used. Trace element content of Pinellia processed with other drugs was lower compared with that of Pinellia processed with ginger either in orthogonal or in pharmacopeial processing way. Tryptophan was not available in Pinellia boiled with ginger juice.CONCLUSION:Orthogonal processing method was superior to pharmacopeial processing method.
