椎板减压椎体间融合术治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症

目的椎板减压椎体间融合术在退变性腰椎管狭窄伴椎间盘突出症的应用。方法在2003年4月至2006年3月间,对30例退变性腰椎管狭窄伴椎间盘突出症患者采用椎板减压椎体间融合术。30例患者中:男:18例,女:22例,年龄42～82岁之间,平均64岁。结果对30例患者随访1～3年,按椎管狭窄疗效的Macnab标准:优:264例;良:2例。优良率:93%。结论椎板减压椎体间融合术,在病变节段彻底减压的同时,使下腰椎稳定增强,手术后腰腿痛的复发降低。

Combination of Intervertebral Fusion with Laminectomy to Treat Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Canal Stenosis

Objective To evaluate application of combination of interverebral fusion with laminectomy in treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis.Methods FromApril 2003 to March 2006,Thirty degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis and lumbar disc herniation were treated by combination of intervertebral fusion with laminectomy.There were 18 males and 22 females,64 years old on average(rang from 42 to 82 years).Results The 1～3 year follow-up investigation of the 30 patients,the standard of Macnab with lumbar spinal canal stenosis:excellent result:26 patients;good result:2 patients. Excellent and good result:93%.Conclusion Combination of intervertebral fusion with 1aminectorny not only had been given a thorough decompressing but also obtained stabilize to spine.It could reduce recurrence.
