| Abstract: | In this study ,acupuncture was used to treat rabbitswith experimental diabetesmellitus
by observing its effects on atherosclerosis and ddiabetic cardiomyopathy. The study provesthat
acupuncture has preventive andtherapeutic actions on diabetic cardiomyopathy. The under-lying
mechanisms were also invastigated by analyzing some cellular functionalindexesconcerned. |
