基于线粒体能量代谢探讨“损其心者，调其营卫”防治动脉粥样硬化理论＊

动脉粥样硬化（Atherosclerosis,AS）是影响人类健康最常见的慢性血管病之一,是心脑血管疾病的主要病理学基础,因此从中医药角度研究AS的治疗是一个重要领域。中医认为脾虚失健,营卫运行失度,营气涩而不行,卫气郁而不舒,则津液不得气化,聚而成痰,痰瘀互结,脉络受阻,亦可发生胸闷、胸痛等症状。健脾法能够调和营卫,促进线粒体能量代谢,因此基于“损其心者,调其营卫”的治则治法,采用化瘀祛痰方调控线粒体能量代谢障碍防治AS值得深入探讨,也为中医药防治心脑血管疾病提供新的研究策略和科学依据。
