中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜临床研究

目的:研究中西医结合疗法对过敏性紫癜患者临床疗效、免疫功能的影响。方法:选60例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组实施常规西药治疗;观察组实施联合中药治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:两组患者治疗前IgA(g/L)、补体C3(g/L)水平差异不显著,不具有可比性,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组IgA(g/L)、补体C3(g/L)水平均显著优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前IgM、IgG、IL4水平差异不显著,不具有可比性,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组IgM、IgG、IL4水平均显著优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05;观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合能够有效治疗过敏性紫癜,效果显著,且可显著提高患者的免疫功能。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Allergic Purpura with Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Objective:To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on clinical efficacy and immune function in patients with allergic purpura.Methods:Sixty children with allergic purpura were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment;observation group was treated with combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the levels of IgA(g/L)and complement C3(g/L)between the two groups before treatment.There was no comparability,P>0.05.After treatment,the observation group IgA(g/L)and complement C3(g/L).The water level was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant,P<0.05;the difference of IgM,IgG and IL4 levels in the two groups before treatment was not significant,not comparable,P>0.05;after treatment,the observation group IgM,IgG The IL4 level was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant,P<0.05;the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Integrative Chinese and Western medicine can effectively treat allergic purpura,and the effect is significant,and can significantly improve the immune function of patients.
