摘    要:目的了解江西省麻疹流行特征及麻疹监测系统的运转情况。方法对江西省2004年常规传染病报告系统及麻疹监测报告系统报告的麻疹疑似病例进行分析。结果2004年麻疹监测系统共报告麻疹3300例,比常规传染病报告系统报告的病例少4.92%,无死亡病例,发病率为7.72/10万。麻疹病例分布广泛,流行模式为散发与暴发并存,局部麻疹暴发影响了全省麻疹发病强度。病例主要分布在全省10个市的92个县(区);发病季节主要集中在3~6月份,占全部发病数的53.82%;发病对象主要以学龄前儿童和小学生为主,占全部病例的77.61%;病例中有60.30%无免疫史或免疫史不详,且这部分人群中8月龄至15岁儿童占66.91%。结论加强江西省的麻疹常规免疫及复种工作,努力提高麻疹监测系统的监测质量是江西省今后加速麻疹控制工作的主要任务。

Abstract:Objective The study was designed to further understand the epidemic feature of measles and the operation of measles monitoring system in Jiangxi Province. Methods An analysis was made on the conventional report system for communicable diseases of Jiangxi Province in 2004 and the suspected cases of measles reported through the measles monitoring and report system as well. Results There were 3300 cases of measles reported from measles monitoring system in 2004, which were 4.92% less than from the conventional report system for communicable diseases. No dead case was reported, and the incidence rate was 7.72/ Lakh. The measles cases were broadly distributed with epidemic features of sporadic and outbreak existing at the same time, and local measles outbreak influenced the measles incidence strength of the whole province. The cases were mainly in 92 counties (districts) of 10 cities of the whole province, and the susceptible seasons mainly from March to June, in which the incidence cases was 53.82% of the total, and the incidence mainly among preschoolers and pupils, which were 77.61% of the total cases. Among the cases, there were 60.30% without history of immunity or history record of immunity, of which 66.91% were children aged from 8 months to 15 years. Conclusion The routine measles immunization and re-inoculation work of Jiangxi province should be strengthened, and exerting efforts to improve the monitoring quality of measles monitoring system will be the main task of Jiangxi province for accelerating measles control.
