| 摘 要： | 作者对怀疑为患鼻咽癌的339例患者血清,用间接免疫荧光法进行EB病毒VCA-IgA 抗体检测,从中选出该抗体阳性而病理诊断阴性者29例。该29例中,经第二次鼻咽部活检诊断为鼻咽癌者19例,经第三次活检诊断为鼻咽癌者2例。从而论证了检测EB病毒VCA-IgA 抗体有助于发现鼻咽癌患者。

| Abstract: | A serological survey was carried out byindirect immunofluorescent method. Serawere collected from 339 subjects, suspectedof suffering from NPC. Twenty-nine caseswith VCA-IgA antibody positive and path-ological negative at the same time wereselected from the subjects. On the basis ofserological positive results, 19 cases werediagnosed as NPC by the 2nd biopsy exam-ination; and 2 cases (antibody titres 1:20and 1:80) were diagnosed as NPC finally by3rd biopsy. Undoubtedly patients with nasopharyngealsymptoms and signs and VCA/IgA antibodypositive and pathological negative at thesame time, need further biopsy examina-tions. |
