| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨地黄饮子对快速老化小鼠SAMP8的定位导航学习记忆的影响。方法:运用Morris水迷宫实验检测地黄饮子对SAMP8小鼠的定位导航学习记忆的改善情况。结果:地黄饮子能够显著缩短SAMP8小鼠在定位导航实验中的逃避潜伏期,提高SAMP8小鼠的学习记忆能力,地黄饮子治疗组与模型组比较差异具有显著性意义。结论:地黄饮子对SAMP8小鼠的定位导航学习记忆能力有一定的改善作用。
