| 摘 要： | 目的:为了观察高脂饮食对SD大鼠空腹血脂和主动脉NOS系统的影响以及针刺对高脂饮食大鼠主动脉NOS系统的效应。方法:17只SD大鼠喂以高脂饮食12周后检测空腹血脂、NO和MPO,按体重随机分为模型组(8只)和针刺组(9只),干预4周后检测主动脉NO、tNOS、iNOS和cNOS,并设普食对照组(9只)。结果:喂以高脂饮食12周后,高脂饮食大鼠空腹TG、TC和MPO明显高于普通饲料组,LDL-C高于对照组但无统计学意义,NO明显低于对照组。干预4周后,3组之间tNOS未见明显差异;模型组主动脉NO和cNOS明显低于对照组,iNOS有所升高但无统计学意义;针刺组NO和cNOS明显高于模型组。结论:高脂饮食造成了SD大鼠的高脂血症,增加了机体氧化应激水平;针刺对高脂饮食大鼠主动脉NOS系统具有良性调节作用。
