摘    要:目的:利用发根农杆菌诱导绞股蓝,得到毛状根。方法:采用外植体共感染接种法诱导绞股蓝毛状根,研究了不同菌株、外植体类型、预(共)培养时间、菌液浓度、浸染时间、乙酰丁香酮(As)和除菌培养基类型等因素对转化率的影响。结果:利用A4菌浸染不经过预培养的叶片,当发根农杆菌浓度在OD 600值为0.8,浸染10 min,共培养2 d,100μmol/L As、MS+300 mg/L Cab为除菌培养基为绞股蓝毛状根诱导的最佳条件。结论:用外植体共感染法诱导出绞股蓝毛状根,并确定了最佳诱导条件。
