| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无偿献血血液报废的原因。方法对2003～2004年扬州市区无偿献血的血液报废原因进行回顾性统计和分析。结果扬州市区共采血23258例，报废血液804例，占3．46％。街头动员献血15519例，血液报废421例，报废率2．7l％；街头自愿献血7739例，血液报废383例，报废率4．95％；二者差异有非常显著性（X^2=77．7，P〈0．01）。ALT阳性399例，占报废率1．72％；脂肪血152例，占0．65％；过期血89例，占0．38％；HBsAg73例，占0．31％。结论加强献血前宣传教育，强化血液管理可减少血液浪费。
