血液肿瘤患者血清乳酸脱氢酶的临床研究

目的　研究血液肿瘤患者血清乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)在发作期与缓解期变化的临床意义。方法　采用全自动生化检测仪测定 97例血液肿瘤患者发作期、缓解期血清LDH的水平 ,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果　在恶性淋巴瘤、恶性组织细胞病的发作期 ,血清LDH水平显著升高 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 0 1) ;而缓解期与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,当上述血液肿瘤复发时 ,血清LDH水平又明显增高。结论　血清LDH水平可作为代表全身肿瘤细胞负荷的一项重要指标 ,同时它的改变也是判断疗效和预后的一项可靠参考指标。

Changes in Serum Lactate Dehydrogenase and Its Clinical Significance in the Patients with Hematologic Malignancy

Objective To study the changes of serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in hematologic malignancy group and complete remission(CR) group,as well as its prognostic clinical singnificance.Methods LDH in 97 cases of hematologic malignancy group and complete remission(CR) group were measured by means of full automation biochemist analyzer,as comparing with control group.Results The serum LDH levels were significant increased in malignant lymphoma and malignant histiocytosis groups.There were significant differences than the control group(P<0.01).The CR group had no significant difference than the control group (P>0.05),when these hematologic malignancy relapsed,the serum LDH level increased obviously again.Conclusion The serum LDH may become a valuable marker of total body burden of tumor cell,its changes may be a reliable predictor for therapeutic effect and prognosis of hematologic malignancy.
