| 摘 要： | 目的观察葛根素治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法将77例心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组42例．对照组35例。两组均采用常规治疗外，对照组加用丹参注射液16ml静滴，1次／d，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用葛根素400mg静滴，1次／d，疗程均为2周。结果葛根素治疗组在改善症状，心电图变化及血液流变学的改善情况明显优于丹参对照组。结论葛根素治疗心绞痛效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of puerarin in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Seventy-seven cases with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(n=42), the control group (n=35). Both groups were given routine treatment. Additionally, the control group was served with Dansheng 16 mg once per day, and the treatment group was served with puerarin 400 mg once per day. Each course was two weeks. Results The electrocardiogram and the blood stream condition improvement, the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group. Conclusions The curative effects of puerarin in treatment of angina pectoris are remarkable. |
